In today’s streamlined, fast-moving workplace, it’s more important than ever to make the most of every day. The Time Mastery course helps individuals and teams develop customised strategies for improving productivity and increasing efficiency.

We offer much more than time-management training. Our workshop also unpacks systems and processes that assist participants get the most out of their workplace. This program will also assist participants to organise the workspace and provide time saving-tips in dealing with emails, paperwork, communication systems, document management and meeting management.

The advantages of efficient time management goes beyond squeezing more tasks into the work day. In organisations with successful time-management strategies, teams meet project deadlines more often and managers spend more time pursuing opportunities – and less time struggling with paperwork and attending unproductive meetings.

Duration: Half-day, one-day and two-day workshops are available for this program.
