Counselling
Professional counselling is about having a chat with other person about what’s happening for you at the moment. It is a safe and confidential process to promote mental health and wellbeing, enhance self-understanding, and resolve identified concerns.
Being able to talk to someone about the issues you are experiencing is a key part of the therapeutic experience and we’ll chat with you about how we can best interact with you to assist.
