Introduction to Emotional Intelligence

DiSC Agile EQ

The Everything DiSC Agile EQ establishes a foundation of the different responses that we can choose so that we can handle the social and emotionally charged situations when they arise. This program teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.

 

 

Emotional Intelligence Group Workshop

Designed for groups and teams this workshop covers the fundamentals of emotional intelligence within the team environment. Participants will reflect on how they use EI to work better with each other and to drive a culture of openness while having the ability to have candid conversations without causing upset or interpersonal conflict. This program can use a self-assessment EI tool or a 180 degree feedback profile to obtain feedback from others on each participants EI strengths and development areas.

 

EI 360 Degree Feedback Workshop

This program uses a 360 multi-rater assessment and is debriefed via a group development program or a one-to-one coaching program. The report is based on an individual’s self-reported emotional intelligence as well as ratings by managers, peers, direct reports, clients, and/or suppliers.
