Aims
The Certification course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and tools you need to use the Everything DiSC profiles in a wide variety of training, coaching and consulting applications.
Outcomes
Our Certification is available as a Public or an In-House Certification. The course is an intensive two-days enabling you to:
- Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC® model and supporting research
- Deepen your knowledge about the theory and research behind Everything DiSC, including how to use the research to address common questions from your participants
- Discover how to apply the Everything DiSC Workplace reports to daily interactions
- Successfully navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or
coaching session
- Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
- Explore MyEverythingDiSC® and discover how to utilise it as an ongoing development tool
Intended Audience
Suitable for coaches, facilitators, or trainers operating as an independent consultant or within a larger organisation.
Delivery Style
Delivered as face-to-face training with an experienced Everything DiSC practitioner. You will be asked to come to the program with a project team in mind that you plan to take through the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile. You will then use that team to apply what you are learning in the workshop, so you can leave with a program ready to go.
