Program Description

The Team Circle is the capstone of People Development Australia’s team development programs. The program consists of four modules designed to be run over 2 to 12 months. The program includes a behavioural profile and a team profile to provide teams with feedback about different aspects of their behaviour, interactions and performance. Each new layer of self-awareness contributes to an ongoing increase in their effectiveness as a leader. See also our Mastery Process package.

The unique part of this program is that the team will learn over four sessions how to give feedback to each other. Through a process group format, the team circle will involve the delivery of program content following by a ‘what now’ conversation within the group. It will explore how to get the team to be open and honest with each other and how it provides essential feedback to each other. Each workshop will build on the process. 

Duration: 3 to 5 Days

Who: The Team Circle is for teams looking to increase their understanding of their team behaviour. It is also suitable for teams looking to work together more effectively or for teams to enhance their behavioural style.

Module 1 Understanding yourself and others

This module explores individual behaviour in the workplace while discussing blind spots in participants and their person style of getting things done.

Module 2 – Interpersonal Interactions

Module 3 – Group and team development

This module will explore team interactions – how teams operate, how they manage their time and projects along with the management of relationships and attitudes.

Module 4 – Getting Team Results
